I also made this full group shot; it will be used for the collection on Newgrounds but I may also use this image to log the project on Pixiv (aka the only place other than Twitter I've seen the most One Way Heroics fanart). Slay the Spire Downfall: Patsy Beta Art (2022)

Winter 2022. RTGame is playing through Persona 5 Royal and got me interested in the Persona series again (last time being SuperJeenius' LP of Persona 4 Golden in 2013-2014). This card is a play on Persona 5's Baton Pass Mechanic with Gremlins wearing masks and dressed up accordingly.

I never decided which Gremlin to make Crow (I think I went with Mad Gremlin at first but wasn't set on that choice). Social anxiety caused me to be too afraid to look at the three pings I got in the Downfall server so idk what they said to me. Fast forward months later, most (if not all) beta art for Downfall's characters as of this post are done. Some cards still need proper art so I still have a chance to get in more art but it's unlikely. I'll probably wait for a new character at this rate.

Yeah I know I've been kinda dead when it comes to posting art (because of too much gaming); even so I've been seeing that Color Wheel challenge go around and I have interest in trying it! As a test I made this one featuring outfits that my Fall Guy has, but sooner or later I do want to try and draw one (you bet Bean will be taking the Turquoise/Cyan slice of course).

Red: Captain Redshift; subject to change but I was using screenshots I already had to make this as the game has been acting up for me recently. Otherwise I would make one consisting of all Blunderdogs in different colors haha.

Orange: Plushfox

Yellow: Don

Green: Driplodocus; probably the least fitting but I like this costume

Cyan: Bean's Signature look (Turquoise Delight)

Blue: Nutcracker

Purple: Ultimate Idol

Pink: Freezy Dream Bean; aka my attempt at referencing the Genderfluid pride flag with Pink/Blue/White/Purple (because this OC is Genderfluid; not me)

Gray: Looks like MonoBean is trying to sneak in...

I have seen an alternate version of this incorporate Black and White into the wheel but I'll probably do this one.

A challenge in perspective featuring the L4D2 modding team

HelloPaint is a collaborative drawing app (from the makers of iScribble and MalMal) I found a few years ago trying to find alternatives to Drawpile. This year I decided to revisit it! I don't have any public boards (nor have I joined any) but I did post some doodles from a board I'm currently doing with a friend. These may eventually come here in a collection and/or in a more polished form.

Sucks there's no copy/paste or selection movement because there's something I drew too low. Oh well, I'll just have to port it to another art program.

The new playlist update is looking nice! Though I noticed because of a single A rated post, my drawpile playlist will be hidden if you are a minor, not logged in, or have that rating disabled. Therefore I am gonna make a separate playlist for my M or A-rated art (not limited to drawpile doodles though most of them probably will be).

It won't be alone if I eventually post more stuff like that here... Who knows how long that'll take.

I hate writing so who knows how long this will take. Continuing my bad habit of getting ideas and not finishing most of them oops. I may also draw a companion art piece to this; featuring one character from each game/series. More specifically it would probably be:

I started another poll on my Tumblr account today: It's a list of niche games/series that I've played over the years. I was inspired by people who made hyper-specific polls of things that happened to them (or just thought up; it's the internet people lie lol) You can vote on it here if you want.

If you just want to see the choices here they are (and the current results):

I assume the Newgrounds community is way more familiar with Epic Battle Fantasy and Dead Estate than the Tumblr community... Considering they're deeply rooted in this website.

This poll isn't the only thing I've done recently... I also did something else in secret. The only hint I'll give to what it is: this is a self-proclaimed title I've given myself based on one of my fav indie games.

For the past few months I have revisited Left 4 Dead 2. More specifically I have been playing tons of community maps using a team of modded characters from an assortment of franchises. I even delved into modding stuff myself, mainly with learning how to modify VPKs and install custom voices. My Tumblr blog has posts that detail my modding endevors with silly screenshots and more.

Some art sprung out of these endeavors but none of it has been finished... yet.

First and foremost I want to finally finish that Fall Guys fanart I've teased multiple times in the past. It just needs a few finishing touches... I plan to finish it in time for my birthday: which is April 20th. (yeah the funny weed day)

After that I will probably work on that picture my pfp is from, the rest will have to wait and see...

Bowser Jr. won! I should have expected this to be honest. My Tumblr and Newgrounds shall now have the same pfp until I think of something else. As for what picture that drawing is from... it's not done yet. I'll upload it here when I finish the other characters. They'll be in an arrangement; something along the lines of this:
